Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Elvaren will cover the return shipping cost. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Change of Mind (Customer Remorse)
If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong product, no longer needed, incorrect fit), the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Package
    Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Ship the Item
    Drop your package off at the designated shipping carrier as instructed in your return authorization email.

Processing
After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
