Elvaren Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To begin a return, contact us at support@elvaren.ca before sending anything back. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Address: All approved returns are shipped to our facility in Canada. The return address will be provided in your RMA confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
