At ELVAREN, we are committed to delivering a precise and reliable shipping experience. Every order is processed with care to ensure your recovery system arrives safely and efficiently.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the next business day.

During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia
• Select European countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is not currently available to that region.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.

United States: 7–14 business days
Canada: 8–16 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days
Australia: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

ELVAREN is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotion will be clearly stated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, depending on carrier processing.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

ELVAREN does not control or collect these fees.


Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

ELVAREN is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Unclaimed packages
• Delivery delays caused by carrier disruptions


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items within a single order may ship separately due to supplier locations or inventory availability.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
