The Deep Delta Field Mat is a full-length mat that combines pulsed electromagnetic field settings, far-infrared heat and dual-wavelength light in a single surface. You unroll it, set a time, and lie on it. There is nothing to aim, nothing to hold, and no decision to make once the timer is running. That is the entire design intent.

Four things running at once

Why a mat instead of a pad

A heating pad is sized for a spot, so it asks you to decide which spot. That decision is why most heating pads end up in a drawer. A full-length mat removes the decision: it covers you from the base of the neck to the calves in one position, and once heat covers everything at once it stops being a treatment for a problem and becomes a part of the evening. Twenty minutes, four or five nights a week, is a habit. Fifteen minutes of aiming a device at your lower back is a chore.
